Why do some WineStyles Tasting Stations carry different wine labels than other locations?
As we work with several boutique and exclusive wineries, some stores will carry different regional brands which are subject to availability, local pricing and taxes.
 
Why are some WineStyles Tasting Station wines different than other retailers?
We specialize in finding unique wines that are only found within small vineyards domestically and internationally. While we carry several national brands, we specialize in finding private and exclusive wines that are unique to WineStyles Tasting Station.
 
What happens if a wine is no longer available?
Due to the limited availability of particular wines, we may sell out from time to time. If the wine label has sold out, we will contact you with a suggested replacement or request another wine selection.
 
Why can some stores ship wine and others cannot?
Based on state and local laws, some states prohibit retail shipping of alcohol within the state or across state lines or into a particular zipcode.
 
Can I ship non-wine items to any state?
Yes, we can ship any non-alcohol items (i.e. gifts and accessories) to any location.
 
Can I ship wine during Summer weather?
We recommend shipping overnight during summer months to avoid any wine spoilage or melting of chocolates. Wine should never reach above 75 degrees otherwise it will spoil. WineStyles Tasting Station is not liable for any wine or chocolate that is shipped ground and damaged due to excessive heat in delivery trucks.
 
If my package is damaged during delivery?
Please let your UPS carrier know immediately upon delivery or contact UPS directly with your tracking number to make a claim.
 
How do I know which WineStyles Tasting Station location to pickup my order?
When shopping for wine, please select "pick up" and your order will be directed to the nearest WineStyles Tasting Station. After the local store has been selected, your order will be fulfilled by that specific store location. Your order will only be available for pick up at that particular WineStyles Station location.
 
How can I make changes to my order?
Please call the WineStyles Tasting Station store directly as soon as possible.
 
How do I know when my order will ship?
Once your order is fulfilled at the local WineStyles Tasting Station store, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
 
When will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within 48 hours or two business days, excluding holidays.
 
Can I ship wine to my zipcode destination?
To verify if you can ship to a particular zipcode, be sure to select the desired store or zipcode from the drop down menu before you start shopping online. Approved shipping destinations are based on state and local laws and restricted to UPS wine shipping requirements as well.
 
How can I pay for my online order?
We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, America Express or Discover credit cards.
 
Can I order a gift card online?
Yes, you can order a gift card in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100 and $200. If you would like to order a higher denomination gift card, please contact your local WineStyles Tasting Station store directly.
 
Can I redeem my gift card at any WineStyles Tasting Station store?
Yes, you can redeem your gift card at any WineStyles Tasting Station location throughout the United States.
 
Can I redeem my gift card online?
No. At this time, gift cards are only redeemable at local WineStyles Tasting Station stores and cannot be redeemed online. Please stay tuned for future availability.
